There's been an increase in the number of people in rented accommodation in Exeter who're facing repossession.
The Citizens Advice Bureau has an adviser at the court each week to advocate for tenants who face losing their homes.
In the last quarter there were 220 cases... and while the number of mortgage repossessions remains low, there was a 14 per cent increase in those sought by private landlords and housing associations.
