It's up by a hundred and 10 per cent compared with the same period last year.
There's also been a large rise - of more than a hundred and 66 per cent - in inquiries relating to owner-occupier properties.
Chief Executive Steve Barriball is concerned at the implications of this - in view of the fact that many are predicting a rise in interest rates.
