The MP for Exeter has secured a Commons debate this week on the rationing of NHS treatment - which is being introduced by the health service in Devon.
The Clinical Commissioning Group had already announced restrictions on some treatments to tackle a huge financial deficit.
Now it's excluding even more patients and treatments - with immediate effect.
Ben Bradshaw will raise his concerns in an adjournment debate on Thursday.
