An Exeter man who's raised more than a hundred thousand pounds for charity by selling postcards is to receive a British Citizen Award.
80 year old Alan Nethercott has sold tens of thousands of cards over 20 years to raise the money - with the average price being just 20p.
The money raised has gone to Exeter Hospiscare.
