Bicton College in East Devon is to receive £300,000 in government funding to provide space for developing businesses.
The Defra funding, secured by the Local Enterprise Partnership, will go towards revamping an existing building to be used as a business centre for firms working on projects like energy generation.
It's hoped the money will be a catalyst for new jobs.
