An Exeter business employing people with disabilities is being officially re-opened this morning - just months after it faced closure and job losses. .
The Devon Disability Collective was set up after Pluss announced plans to close its factory in Marsh Barton in March.
They came up with a business plan and the county council who own their building agreed to waive the first year's rent and lend them money to help with set-up costs
