Exeter City stadium fine after storms
Exeter City has confirmed the Thatcher's Big Bank stand has no lasting damage following Storm Eunice.
City's last home game against Barrow was called off because of safety concerns over its Big Bank structure - the largest standing terrace in the football league.
A statement from the club, released this morning (Thursday 24), said: "We have been able to use rope-access engineers to assess the condition of the stand and can confirm that no lasting damage has occurred.
"As stated at the time of last weekend's postponement of our home match against Barrow, we will always take safety of all supporters seriously and thank the swift response of the relevant contractors and consultants to help us in this regard."
