An important stage is being reached today in the development of the new science and business district to the east of Exeter.
Transport minister Norman Baker will be officially opening the improved Junction 29 which serves the Skypark and Science Park.
The junction upgrade, costing almost 11 million pounds, is a vital piece of infrastructure for the Exeter and East Devon Growth Point which includes the two business zones and the community of Cranbrook.
The Science Park and Skypark are eventually expected to create a total of around four thousand jobs.
