3 years for Aiden Cashley, 23
A man from Devon has been jailed after firing an imitation gun at strangers.
23-year-old Aiden Cashley, of Budshead Road in Plymouth, was sentenced at Truro Crown Court after shooting a BB gun at members of the public in Launceston on the 28th of December last year.
Mr Cashley was reportedly involved in an altercation with a group and pulled out a BB gun that he had concealed in his clothing and fired it multiple times.
One man was repeatedly hit in the arm causing serious injuries that later required surgery.
Mr Cashley was jailed for 3 years and one month. The weapon used will be destroyed.
