Devon and Cornwall police have strongly criticised whoever was behind a series of hoax calls to schools yesterday - including one to Pinhoe Primary in Exeter.
Two other schools in Plymouth and Cornwall were also targeted by the malicious callers.
Details of the call haven't been divulged but parents were asked to come and pick up their children from the Pinhoe school rather than letting them walk home.
Police say they believe the calls were without substance and there was no danger to staff or pupils - however they're taking the matter very seriously.
