Police have released an image of a man they would like to speak to following a sexual assault in Torquay.
The incident took place on Union Street/Newton Road on Friday 6 December at around 7am. A woman in her twenties was walking through town when she was followed closely by an unknown man from behind for around 10 to 15 minutes. He then sexually assaulted her over her clothing.
Officers say they want to speak to the man pictured, who may be able to assist with inquiries.
