A protest march is planned today in Exmouth.
It's about East Devon District Council's plans to sell off a well known community building on the sea front.
Some local residents say the loss of the Elizabeth Hall will have a major impact locally.
For their part the Council says the building is a 'key part' of the town...and any potential developers will have to show how their plans would enhance the area and bring benefits
