A Topsham man has written to the Chief Executive of BT asking why he and hundreds of other residents were left without landlines or broadband for nearly a month.
A fault on March 4th wasn't repaired until the 27th.
Tony Raven was one of those affected and has sent the boss of BT a list of questions - including why the company apparently delayed taking action for at least a fortnight, and why communication with the residents was so poor.
BT has apologised for the problems and said it was a very complex fault which was repaired as quickly as possible.
