Exmouth residents are being urged to make their views known on the redevelopment of the Rolle College site.
Owners Plymouth University have put forward outline plans for around a hundred homes, with the Owen Building earmarked for business, education and community use.
The organisation hoping to provide those facilities, Rolle Exmouth Ltd, wants to use more of the site, and are calling on local residents to support them.
An online consultation runs until Monday.
Chair, Deborah Hallett, says the Owen building alone won't be adequate.
