A proposal to put the controversial sale of East Devon Council's offices on hold for six months will be debated later today at a special meeting.
The group of Independent councillors think there are several issues that need to be discussed by full council before any of the relocation processes go ahead.
That includes the plan to move staff to Honiton and Exmouth - and the way the original decision to sell Knowle was made.
