Police request vigilance
People in Okehampton are being asked to take care of outbuildings and look out for people who may be offering dodgy goods for sale, after a spate of burglaries in the area governing overnight between 29th and 30th July.
Barns and garages across the area were targeted and a large value and quantity of tools and gardening equipment stolen.
One missing item is a Honda quad bike. A distinctive Carrera road bike has also gone. "Be vigilant of items being offered for sale," say local police.
If you can help with information, call police on 101, or use the force's website or Crimestoppers quoting crime reference 062221/20.
