Dramatic video footage of an alcohol-fuelled collision in south Devon is being used to launch Devon and Cornwall police's annual Christmas anti drink drive campaign.
The crash happened in Brixham... when a drunken driver lost control of his car and ploughed into the front of a pub, hitting the landlord who was standing outside and seriously injuring him.
The drunken driver of the car received a 12-month prison sentence and was banned for two years.
Police hope the film - which can be viewed on YouTube - will make drivers think about the possible consequences of getting behind the wheel while over the limit.
