Four schools in Exeter and Exmouth are being expanded in an investment of more than six million pounds.
Exwick Heights primary and St Leonards in Exeter, along with Withycombe Raleigh and Bassetts Farm in Exmouth, are to get extra classrooms to accommodate rising numbers of pupils.
The county council is due to approve the expansion at its Cabinet meeting next week.
