More unemployed young people in Exeter are to benefit from a personal development programme linked to the Rugby World Cup.
A group of 16 to 24 year-olds have already taken part in a successful pilot project.
It uses values associated with sporting achievement - hard work, skill and commitment - to inspire and motivate those who're struggling to find work.
The scheme was set up by the city council and the Exeter and the Heart of Devon Employment and Skills Board.
