A valuable vintage Mini car - stolen last week from Ottery St Mary - has been found burned out and destroyed in Somerset.
It was discovered in Frome at the weekend.
Police say the owner is heartbroken as the 1968 Mark 2 Austin Mini Cooper, worth six and a half thousand pounds, was his pride and joy.
Officers are renewing their appeal for sightings of the distinctive car during the 24 hours after it was stolen from a car park at Otter Mills Switch Gear on Mill Street.
It was white with black wheels and a black roof and had the registration mark NDV 919G.
