A local man who's wife died of cancer ten months ago is hoping to raise £50,000 in her memory by cycling the 1,000 miles from Land's End to John O'Groats.
Marcus Di-Vincenzo's been joined by a team of 20; made up of staff, parents and pupils of Exeter School where his three children attend.
The team set off yesterday and hope to complete the challenge on the 17th August.
The money they raise will be split between the Children's Society and the Janine Di-Vincenzo Foundation.
