15-year-old in 4 a.m. collision
A 15-year-old boy is in hospital with serious injuries following a New Year's Eve crash in the middle of the night in Torquay.
Police believe the teenager was riding a Herald 125 motorcycle when it collided with a Peugeot van at the junction of Riviera Way and Newton Road on the outskirts of the town.
Following the crash, at around 4am on Saturday 31 December, the boy was taken to Bristol Hospital with head and leg injuries where he remains, but his injuries are no longer thought to be life-threatening,
