Brandon Martin, 16, died near his home town
A 16-year-old boy who died in a fatal collision at Cullompton on 21 October has been named as Brandon Martin.
He was fatally injured after a car left the B3181 between Cullompton and Willand, collided with a tree stump and overturned.
Brandon was the front seat passenger. He died at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle was treated in hospital for minor injuries.
An 18-year-old man from Cullompton was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. He was released under investigation pending further enquiries.
