Topsham and Bradninch 'among top places to bring up a family'
Topsham and Bradninch have been named among the best 20 places in England and Wales to bring up a family.
Chulmleigh and Shebbear also made it into the top 20, in a study which looked at factors including the quality of schools, the cost of living and the amount of crime.
The best town overall was Wokingham in Berkshire.
