A group of travellers have set up camp in Exminster. It's thought they arrived in the village on Monday afternoon.
On Facebook, Councillor Alan Connett said: "I have emailed the chief executives at both Devon County Council and Teignbridge District Council asking them to raise this at a senior level with the police."
