Harvey Nye loved his family and friends as much as he loved his bikes
The family of a 'kind, caring loving young man who loved life' have paid tribute to him.
19 year-old Harvey Nye from Plymouth died following a crash involving his black Yamaha MT 125 motorcycle and a red Manitou Telehandler between Plymouth and Yelverton on Friday 14 February.
Harvey’s family said: “Harvey Nye, aged 19 years of age, sadly lost his life in a road traffic collision.
“He loved his family and friends as much as he loved his bikes. He made an impact of laughter on everyone he met.
“He passed away riding his favourite MT125cc.
“As a family we are extremely devastated and will never come to terms with what's happened.”
Harvey’s family have asked for privacy and speculation around events to be kept to a minimum.
The A386 was closed while an investigation was carried out at the scene.
