Victim has life-threatening injuries
Police have arrested two men on suspicion of attempted murder in connection with the stabbing of a man in Ilfracombe on Saturday night (23 January).
Police were called to Bicclescombe Park at around 10.50p.m. by the ambulance service with a report that a man had been stabbed.
A 19-year-old man was airlifted to Derriford Hospital, Plymouth with life-threatening injuries. He remains in hospital at this time.
A 21-year-old Bideford man and a 29-year-old Barnstaple man have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and are in police custody.
Those involved were known to one another and police are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident.
