Exeter University researchers are looking for volunteers to test whether a change of diet can help prevent depression.
They want to recruit 250 people to take part in a study, in which half will be given multi-vitamin supplements and the other half a placebo.
All those taking part will also receive lifestyle coaching - and the research will investigate whether the food supplements make a noticeable difference.
