A man, who died when his car collided with a tractor on an East Devon road, has been named by police.
Forty three year old Richard Manley, from Seaton, died in a collision at Southleigh near Colyton - it's thought his vehicle ended up under the tractor.
He's been described by his family as a loving father, brother and son, who was very proud of his time serving in the Royal Engineers. He was a good guy, with a heart of gold who will be sorely missed.
The tractor driver wasn't hurt.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the accident last wednesday morning to come forward.
