The Exeter restaurant, which was hit by a Norovirus outbreak, has reopened this morning.
At least a hundred people are thought to have been made ill after eating at the Toby Carvery in Rydon Lane over Easter.
Its owners, Mitchells and Butlers, say all the necessary safety precautions were taken before it reopened. However the nearby hotel remains closed.
Meanwhile lawyers representing people, who were made violently ill, say they'll be seeing if there are grounds for claiming compensation.
