New measures to help children at risk of sexual exploitation are to be introduced in Devon - after a series of recommendations were made in a hard-hitting report.
The leader of the council has been asked for extra money to improve prevention.
They'll include the setting up of a database on cases of child abuse, so they can target resources better.
There'll also be spot-checks on children's homes, and extra training for officers who come into contact with young people.
