An organisation representing water consumers has called on South West Water to make more effort to improve customer satisfaction.
It comes after yesterday's announcement that the company's pre-tax profits were up by nearly 11 percent.
The company said it had improved customer service, despite the potential problems of last year's hot summer and the winter floods.
But the Consumer Council for Water say they'd like to see some of those profits being used to help customers who're currently in debt to the company or struggling to pay their bills
