South West Water have been defending their performance after new figures showed an increase in complaints.
There were almost four and a half thousand in the year to March 2014...that's a rise of five point four per cent compared with the previous year.
The Consumer Council for Water say they're disappointed by the rise, but Sally Mills, from South West Water, is blaming the bad weather for the figures.
