19-year-old died at the scene
A teenager who died in a crash near Wilmington in East Devon earlier this month has been named.
Blake Harkin's car had left the A35 and come to a stop in a ditch. It's reported that it had been in minor contact with another vehicle - in which the driver sustained a minor injury.
Mr Harkin was 19 when he died on the 11th of October. Police still need witnesses to the incident. Call 101 quoting log 999 of that date.Calls cost 15 pence.
