Two people have been rescued from a house fire in Exeter this morning - one of them needing medical treatment.
Fire crews were called to a first floor flat in Musgrave House, Musgrave Row, at about ten to nine.
They called an ambulance for one of the occupants, a woman.
The fire was started accidentally and is not being treated as suspicious.
