Work begins today on a new recycling centre in east Devon - which the county council hope will lead to even more household waste being re-used.
It will eventually replace the existing facility at Woods Farm near Sidmouth, and is designed to be quick and convenient for people to use.
It will also have an on-site shop where items such as bric-a-brac can be sold to visitors.
