Devon is yet again being battered by strong winds and heavy rain.
Exeter's Met Office has issued a yellow warning which is in force all day (Until 9pm, Tuesday 18th December, 2018).
Deputy Chief Constable for Devon & Cornwall Police Paul Netherton has tweeted this morning to say: "74mph winds on the Scillies, yellow rain warning, trees down across both counties. [Devon and Cornwall Police] is experiencing a serious case of weather today. Please be careful on the roads."
