An exhibition celebrating Banburys department store and furnishings, a business that has been serving North Devon and beyond since 1925.

Come along to Barnstaple Museum to explore objects, untold stories and the milestones over the 100 years of Banburys Department Store . An independent local, fourth generation store holding the same premises in Barnstaple High Street since 1925. The exhibition runs from 28th September - 9th November, all welcome. The exhibition kickstarts the celebrations for the centenary which will be held on March 19th 2025, when the store officially turns 100, to the day.
