Experience the captivating and intense true tale of Juliane Koepcke, a teenage survivor of a plane crash in the Peruvian rainforest in 1971.

TheatreGoose brings this gripping story to the stage with performer Sophie Kean portraying Juliane's remarkable journey - facing the daunting challenge of navigating the wilderness in search of help.

You'll be transported deep into the Amazon jungle, from Juliane's initial flight to her daring exploration of the trees and rivers.

Juliane copes with shock, distress, physical injuries, and encounters with a variety of plants and animals that impact her chances of survival.

Her Green Hell will have a short run featuring a minimal set of aeroplane seats, immersive sound design, striking lighting, and Sophie as the sole performer.

So compelling is her performance – and so fascinating is the story – that we’re gripped from start to finish – ★ ★ ★ ★ The Scotsman
