Each Thursday at Exmouth Running club we have a training run aimed at improving your fitness and technique and it is free to the community

Every Thursday at Exmouth running Club we have a free to the community training run led by a UK Athletics qualified coach. The session starts with a thorough warm up including dynamic stretches and ends with a guided cool down .The main session will vary each week such as intervals, hill repeats, fartlek etc all aimed at improving your speed and technique. We all stay in the same vicinity so no one is left behind. We meet outside M & S Exmouth for a 6:30 pm start, you need to pre book via our RunTogether platform, the club is fully insured, holds the relevant fitness licences and all leaders are fully DBS checked. We follow this run with our weekly social,
