3 guided Yogic nap sessions/Yoga Nidra. Making season crafts. Tea and cakes. Connection, recovery from stress/burn out, anxiety reduction. no experience needed.

I am a fully qualified Yoga Nidra teacher and Rest Facilitator.
The day will be based around, three Yoga naps using ancient Yoga Nidra, short to long. Short - Rest into the space, medium - Release something you no longer want in your life, Longest - setting intension for balance anywhere you feel drawn to.
Will will have lots of breaks, chances for journaling, reading, drawing, whatever you wish. Our day will end with some creativity and seasonal crafts, with lots of tea and cakes.
This day is perfect for mothers, women in a caring role, anyone experiencing alot of stress or anxiety in their lives, if you want to switch off from the external world and take time without screens and to reflect on your needs and your journey in life. Really slowing down, resting and taking time to look after you.
