Specific terms and conditions (in addition to the standard Radio Exe T&Cs)
- Judges’ decision is final
- You will have four places in the Radio Exe car to bring you to Exeter on Sunday 18 November. The winner must be in the group, and at least one adult aged 21 or over must be in the party
- The pick-up point must be within a 25-mile radius of Exeter High Street
- A taxi will be provided to take you home up to 6pm on Sunday 18 November
- You agree to take part in Radio Exe and InExeter publicity, including photography, and other media. Over 18s must complete and sign a media consent form. Under 18s’ guardian(s) must complete a media consent form on their behalf.
- You agree that Radio Exe and inExeter may use your data to contact you in relation to this promotion and for future promotions. You may cancel this permission at any time by emailing sam@radioexe.co.uk
- The winner will be notified on Wednesday 14 November and must accept the offer by 5pm on Thursday 15 November. In the event that the winner doesn’t not reply, the prize will be reallocated at the judges’ discretion.
