New job opportunities in healthcare at Elysium

Elysium Healthcare is expanding its recruitment needs in the Exeter area with the opening of a new purpose-built hospital in Pinhoe, Exeter.

Pinhoe View will open its doors in April, and staff are needed in advance to go through training and get the service ready for its first service users.

The new hospital will provide specialist care for adults with acute mental health needs across two wards and eight individual flats. The 24-hour acute inpatient service will be supported by a full multidisciplinary team that specialises in the assessment, treatment and stabilisation of individuals suffering from a range of mental health conditions. Clinical and therapeutic services will be delivered in a safe environment providing service users who may present a risk to the wellbeing of themselves, the opportunity for recovery.

As the mental health of service users stabilises and improves, the rehabilitation services will provide a pathway of care supporting individuals back to their community.

Whether you are looking for a rewarding career or currently work in healthcare, Elysium will provide you with the right training and development to help grow your career.

There’s a variety of positions available including Registered Nurses, Support Workers and service staff. For people looking for a new career in healthcare, Elysium provides support and training for you to start a career as a Support Worker. You simply need the right skills and behaviours, which includes being naturally caring, compassionate and resilient.

You’ll enjoy a competitive salary, free meals and parking, wellbeing activities and support, and much more.

Join the team today and experience what delivering great healthcare should feel like.
