Volunteer 'ambassadors' could soon be greeting visitors to Exeter and helping them make the best of their stay.
It's one of the ideas being put forward by the city council as part of their vision for the next 10 years.
Improving the experience of visitors is a key part of the strategy and the council are hoping local residents who love the city will volunteer to share their knowledge and enthusiasm.
