Three men have been arrested after a car was driven along a pavement in Exeter.... damaging other vehicles and nearly hitting pedestrians.
It happened in Western Way at 11.30am yesterday morning.
The black Vauxhall Vectra ended up in Magdalen Road where its three occupants got out.
The three men aged 27, 36 and 39, all from Exeter, were arrested nearby and have been released on police bail.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident.
