Woman's stab wounds are self-inflicted
A woman's in hopsital with stab wounds after an incident at an Exeter supermarket this lunchtime.
Emergency services, including armed police, rushed to Sainsbury's at Pinhoe around 1 o'clock to reports a woman had self-inflicted injuries.
The armed response unit of Devon, Cornwall and Dorset police has tweeted that she was a high-risk missing person.
