Teenagers questioned on suspicion of murder
Two 19-year-olds are in custody on suspicion of murder after a body was found in Millbay Marina on Sunday (26 January) afternoon.
Drew Perham, 24, was reported missing on Saturday (24 January) after he did not return from a night out in Plymouth.
Formal identification is yet to take place, but Mr Perham's family has been informed about the developments.
Detective Superintendent James Dowler said the investigation is "fast-paced and is asking people not to speculate about the case online."
Officers are specifically appealing for witnesses who may have been in area between 1 am and 4 am on the early hours of Saturday.
An increased police presence will be in place in the Millbay area over the coming days.
