An auditor's report relating to the behaviour of a former East Devon District councillor is to be published after pressure from other councillors - but not till November.
Graham Brown resigned from the council after journalists from the Daily Telegraph secretly recorded him claiming he could influence planning decisions in his other job as a paid consultant.
East Devon originally wanted the report on its governance procedures to be remain confidential - allegedly because it contained risks or could be taken out of context.
But the independent councillor for Ottery Rural, Claire Wright doesn't see why publication should be delayed.
