An environmentally-friendly housing scheme in Exeter has won a top regional award.
Chester Long Court in Whipton, which was completed in 2018, has clinched the Design through Innovation Award at the South West heat of the Royal Institute for Chartered Surveyors Awards.
The building in Vaughan Road, which contains twenty six affordable flats, now goes through to the National finals in London later in the year.
