The RMT rail union's hit out at under-investment in the network after once again, trains out of Dawlish had to be cancelled because of high tides and strong winds on Saturday.
The union says it's a problem that should have been solved years ago.
Meanwhile First Great Western says passengers who were made to get off an overcrowded Paddington to Penzance train on Friday may be eligible for a refund.
